Clarification Text about the Law on the Protection of Your Personal Data
Krogman Metals(Data Controller), taking the security of our valued user into account, to protect fundamental rights and freedoms, especially privacy, within the scope of our disclosure obligation under the Law on Protection of Personal Data* (“Law”) regarding personal data;
Under the law, as Data Controller and Data Processor, your data is recorded and stored following the establishment of the service relationship, the continuity of the service, the performance of our services, and the responsibilities arising from other laws as a company.
In that sense, the service is in the capacity of Data Controller, according to the personal information within the framework explained in the Law; and the service can acquire, record, preserve, update, rearrange to continue the contractual relationship, disclosure, share to third parties in cases and according to the extent permitted by the relevant legislation, assign, transfer, and the responsibilities arising from other laws as a company.
Your personal data refers to data and information that identifies you and can be determined, directly or indirectly, such as your name, surname, date of birth, place of birth, address, T.C. identification number, Tax Office and Tax number, driver’s license serial number, ID serial number, phone numbers, vehicle registration plate, passport number (if the applicant is a foreigner), resume, photos, images and audio recordings, fingerprints, retina scan, IP address, email address, hobbies, contacts, group memberships, family information, health information and records, health data, X-rays, MRI, health institution records, blood type, country-city-postcode, age, gender, criminal record, bank account number, academic information, marital status, information about your children, emergency information, disability status, military records, monthly premium and service certificate, payrolls, and so on.
Your data is processed for recruitment, performance evaluation, creation and storage of the personal file, conducting gate interviews, and carrying out other internal operational activities within the scope of planning and carrying out the human resources processes of Krogman Metals and ensuring security in and around the Company. In addition to the information that our Company must receive from its customers and customers' authorities, it only processes, stores, and transmits personal data and personal data of special nature that it believes are necessary to provide the best service and product it aims to provide to the extent that legal regulations allow. Personal data are obtained within the scope of support services, buying and selling (conducting commercial relations) that our company has received from natural persons. For the persons with whom our company is supported, the natural persons with whom the company has business relations for its continuation, the natural persons to whom it is required by the Law, to receive services, and for both the work candidates and the staff;

If requested, your personal data can be processed, stored, transferred to the extent stipulated by Law and deleted and destroyed at the end of the periods determined by the Law to submit to the Local Law Enforcement and Organized Industry Directorate.
Additionally, Krogman Metals may process your personal data for other purposes specified and stated in Articles five and six of the KVK Law (limited to these data processing conditions).
Personal data of special nature; refers to people’s race, ethnicity, political opinion, philosophical belief, religion, sect or other beliefs, appearance, association, foundation or union membership, health, sexual life, criminal conviction, and security measures, as well as biometric and genetic data.
As a principle, Krogman Metals does not request and process data of special nature from its users. However, the information and data required for registration in accord with the policies of third persons and organizations can be recorded only provided that it provides personal data of special nature. As an example; If the “religion” digit is present in your desired identity sample for documented domain names and if your religious beliefs are included, it may be covered by data of special nature as of the document in which it is located, even if the purpose is not to record your data of special nature.
In the domain name registration information, your personal data, limited to the information that the domain name registration authorities require to be publicly available, can be shared with persons, institutions, and organizations permitted by the provisions of the legislation and other third parties; can be shared with the legal units, financial advisors, experts and physicians within the scope of occupational health and safety that we receive services to carry out company activities with our direct or indirect domestic and international subsidiaries, and to the necessary extent, can be shared with the consultants and organizations that we work and cooperate with, such as our call center. The rights that you can exercise by applying to our Company within the framework of Article 11 of the Law are as follows, provided that conditions stipulated in Article 28 of the Law titled Expectations are reserved:

To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in Accord with its purpose,

To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred at home or abroad,

A Request of correction of your personal data in case of incomplete or inaccurate processing, requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law,

Request notification of transactions made in Accord with the above (d) and (e) articles to third parties to whom your personal data is transferred,

Objecting to the emergence of a result against you by analyzing your processed data exclusively through automated systems,

If you suffer losses due to the unlawful processing of your personal data, do not request compensation for your damages.
It is possible to communicate your rights and other requests regarding the implementation of the KVK Law in writing to our Company, to the Human Resources Department, or through other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. Krogman Metals will finalize your requests within this scope as soon as possible and free of charge within thirty days at the latest, according to the nature of the request. We would like to state that we reserve the right to request the costs made by our Company to ensure the fulfillment of your requests to meet the tariff specified in Article 13 of the Law titled “Application to the Data Controller.”
